DheeYantra joins the fight against Covid-19 with it’s agent Aham!

In these concerning times, ever wondered you had a diligent buddy with authentic and relevant information about COVID-19? Well, that’s Aham! for you. Here is a virtual assistant helping you with answers to your concerns on COVID-19 in 7 Indian Languages! This virtual assistant Aham! is created by DheeYantra, the pioneers in Indian Languages NLP and conversational AI. Their product is employed by Banks and Insurance companies across India to automate client on-boardings and customer support through conversational AI, in multiple languages.

To combat the rise of fake news related to COVID-19 contagion across India and the world, one can now visit Aham.ai. In reply to your questions, Aham will provide you with factual information curated from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MHFW). Guys, we just turned 3 this Sunday ! Yes, on 02-02-2020 😎

And as per the traditions –  “An Anniversary is a time to celebrate the Joys of Today, the Memories of Yesterday, and the Hopes of Tomorrow.”  And celebrate we did.

For the naive village-men who once in while show up with the question “DheeYantra who ?” – We are a deep-tech Conversational Artificial Intelligence startup enabling vernacular interactions between businesses and their customers. ☺️

DheeYantra’s unique journey has been a steady brick-by-brick progress and has entailed a conversational AI platform which is configurable right from NLP/POS tagging layer, through intents and slots extraction, right up to the flow of dialogues.  Indeed,  dhee.ai  platform has been a result of last three years of channelled efforts.

The significance of us turning past this milestone also means that there is a definite market that exists (which we had pioneered to create) for Indian languages based conversational automation.  We are also happy that our clients and our team appreciate the value of the work we are doing. We consider ourselves blessed to have such talented employees and individuals in DheeYantra family who work day in day out focused on customer delight.

The Christmas & Year Ending weeks fill the air with the message of love, tolerance and brotherhood. Every year this season brings along joyous occasions filled with fun and celebration. And we here at DheeYantra had to celebrate a year well done. So well, we gave ourselves a Year Ending Party which went by the theme of Christmas in our Bengaluru office premises on 20th December.

Going by the theme, the festive decorations in the office, as well as our dress code were set to Red & White. We had a series of fun-filled activities the whole day that brought out a vibrant spirit of collaboration among us dheeyantriks.

So much fun, we dheeyantriks look forward to our next party, probably during Spring 2020 !
